Oldie,

Why have you got so many LAN connections, ie 6, 7, and 9 ?
Go to Control Panel - Network Connections and delete the unnecessary ones.

From the Command Window please type in ipconfig /all
post the results back here
there is no need to do a screenshot either, just copy and paste the text from the command window, right click in the command window, select all, press enter key then paste into the reply box on this forum, just like this
