Outlook backups and archives content

Can anyone tell me about Outlook backups and archives?
If I export to a .pst file does this include all the emails, calendar, profiles, address book or do I have to follow a different procedure to capture them all?
Does anyone have any experience with this and know of a reliable way to back up everything so that it will go back again safely?

Never used it myself mate, but if you look HERE, you should find instructions for whatever version of Outlook you`re using.

Thanks Howard - I cannot help wondering why it is that a product like Outlook does not have a simple one stop backup routine that copies it all without having to dig around in all sorts of obscure system folders for the data. The same goes for Outlook Express, but wierdly that at has a means of exporting the account profiles where the supposedly bigger and better Outlook does not.
As part of my system rebuild over this weekend I find that the backup product I use called Genie does not, despite showing that it has done, make backups of the OE files properly. Thats the trouble with backups - you only find out that the backup set is garbage when you need it most!
