Always ready to impart my knowledge to one and all - I have found that the Spam filter on the btinternet.com webmail is regularly filtering bone fide mail as spam. A recent problem with a client revealed that almost all the content of the spam bin was good mail. Note that this will also prevent mail getting to your mail handler such as Outlook and Outlook Express.
You can stop it, but not moderate it, from within your account once you are logged in.

I used to have exactly the same problem with the Yahoo spam guard mate. So much so, that I turned the damn thing off and now mark mail as spam as and when I receive it.
