rundll32.exe - Unable to Locate component

After the PC is started, on accessing a user account, error messages appear.
1. "This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may help."
2. With the title "RUNDLL" the error is: " error loading srclient.dll"

Please correct me if possible, but is the application RUNDLL32.EXE? How can the application be re-installed?
Are good copies of framedyn.dll and srclient.dll available?
