error code: 721 (0,5)

error code: 721 (0,5)

When running scan, I get subject error when scan gets to a folder containing exe files that I can't remove in the Local Setting\Temp folder. I belive these .exe files are a spyware and are affecting my bandwidth. Folder is named 'is-MS1N3.tmp'.
Is there an update that can get around this error? What is it and how can it be removed?
