Hi there,

My friend recently came to me and asked me to help him with regards to his laptop.
Apparently he was setting it up for the Internet wirelessly and then the sound went. Now I have looked in device manager and the audio controller has a yellow question mark next to it.

Also another problem is that, on switching the laptop on and arriving on the desktop, a box flashes up which says the following:

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL
The Specified module could not be found

I suspect he has been downloading things and this is a consequence.

Please help me on his behalf

You, or someone, should bump this to Malware Removal section
as MyWebSearch will be scattered in the registry.
Read the intro instructions and proceed.
