One of my hotmail accounts will only download the headers - anyone else having the same problem??

Its a water tank, usually located in the loft.
Also fitted to car cooling systems

Albert are you using hotmail by itself or forwarding from some other account ?

A header is the message title and contains a link to the host to download the message. It is a hotmail.com account and has been in use for years
It is not one of mine, which are all OK.

I had a look too - the problem is that it is not all the inbound emails nor does it affect emails sent say from my hotmail account (or my other accounts for that matter). It seems to be some emails that were received during the day today.
I did find this MS knowledge base article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/252840 earlier but it made no difference to the download of today's emails.
Recent emails are working properly so it is just a dozen or so. We can see who sent them so may have to email them to let them know.
