All that is going to have an effect on the speed of your system. And the various elements are probably messing with each other as well.

I really don't want to get rid of anything on my computer as of right now. lol No offense Albert. I just like what I have and it seems to keep my computer pertected. May be overly pertected, but at least I'm pertected. lol

The speed of the computer seem to be just fine actually. Probably because I have 4GB of ram and what not. Not sure?
