I'm aware of the poll. Is Burnout better on ps3?

Ok mate, I just mentioned the poll thread because we could use that for game chatting across platforms instead of using this one which is meant to be about 360's.
I haven't played it myself, and have to go on the word of others, unfortunately, but if it's anything like the PS2 ones (especially Revenge) then it's brilliant. PlayStation magazine gave it a 9/10 so it can't be half bad

If only there was a 'games in general' section where you can discuss games across any platform...
I wish there was police on burnout, that's probably what's dragging it down a bit. 9/10 is indeed very good

They might do police in the next one, you never know 
EA's Black Box team make Burnout and NFS and they kind of gave the police to NFS:MW as I suppose it's more appropriate because of the street racing and that. Burnout's more for driving insanely fast and destroying as many of your rivals as you can, whilst still winning races
Personally I found the police in Most Wanted annoying after a bit becaues you couldn't just drive round like you could on Underground 2. You'd always end up in a chase when you don't want to and then the effort of evading them and t hen you have to use another car to get the heat down on the last one you were using. Makes sense and is kind of a good idea, but got annoying for me.

I see what you mean. I think they should put police in but let you turn them off while cruising.

I had Burnout revenge on PS2 but i can't find the disc anymore and i want to play it.

Mate, that's terrible :frown: There ain't much worse than not being able to find something when you need/want it.
You can pick it up for cheap pre-owned in Game. I think it's £12.99 or something like that.

Oh yeah The place I've got several of my games from (including Burnout Takedown hehe) and I forget it 
They're dirt cheap on there, there's some finishing in the next couple of hours at £1.99, £2, £3.22 (although that's for 2 games), £1.04, and £1.30. Postage is between £1 and £2.50.

I always go there for games when I can, I have ever since those 'Sega Mega Drive' thingies (not another thingie ) which are that bad you can barely read what's on the screen.
