Program for you PC gamers

Anyone you tried Fraps? Well it lets you see your FPS in a game, record games your playing and more...

Give it a try and share your feed back here. And let`s see a few videos of people playing games.

Fraps has been around for many years and is a fantastic bit of software.

These 4 video's were all recorded with it by myself about 5 years ago.

Great videos mate. You have the paid version right?

I`ve never really used it if I`m being honest. I`ve got the trial of it, but I`ve set it too record, yet when I press the record button, then stop it, I get no video in the Fraps folder, that`s where I specifically asked it too save them.

Yep i've had it for a long time and always use it when I think I have had a sudden slowdown in my games, or to just test out a new game to see how many frames I get.

Yeah, it's been around forever. I used to have the paid one, but there was no reason because my computer can't handle recording games like Battlefield 2 or Call of Duty 2

Anyone know of any other program (preferably free lol) that allows you to record something while you do it on your PC?

I found this one which may be what you're after? Not sure how good it is though as I used to use Camtasia. It has a 30 day trial available.

I get the feeling you're looking at doing some video tutorials? Very good idea if you can do it well.

Yup, you got it. But I`m looking for the right software, I`ll have a go at the above ones, and see the outcome.
