PS3 Account Selection

You know when you turn a PS3 on you have to pick your name from the list and it like loads up your PS3 account with you game saves ETC?
Well how do you remove a name from the list? My ex had an account on my PS3 and I want to remove it but have no idea how lol.

If you click your triangle button on one of the accounts you can delete it. But, there is also a feature there that will allow you to automatically sign in to the account on start up

Oooo awesome!! Triangle lol why did i never press that.. I was looking for options for ages. Okay so I can delete that one. How do you do the auto sign in thing? Because I have a UK and a US account so I can access American content in the store. But i'd like to to auto sign into the UK one.
