Talking Battlefield Bad Company Demo

Just downloaded the demo last night. It's freakin' amazing for a couple reasons:

1. Great graphics
2. Frostbite Engine makes damn near everything destructible
3. Explosions leave craters
4. Sound effects are absolutely perfect (at least compared to everything I've seen/heard)

If you have a 360 (or maybe a ps3) I highly recommend it if you like shooters. Full game comes out near the end of the month.

Yeah, Dave is right, it's only for the PS3 and 360.

Although the older Battlefield games for the PC are still awesome, I would know cause I've played every Battlefield game lol:

Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam
Battlefield 2
Battlefield 2142
Battlefield Modern Combat

and now Bad Company

Just found out about another Battlefield game called Battlefield Heroes. It's gonna be a free game for the PC. Isn't supposed to be a serious game, but rather fun and cute lol. Cartoony graphics and whatnot remind me of Team Fortress 2.

Taima, you gotta play with me man. I excel on knife fighting. ( BF2142)

Anyway, BFH is full of ads so it is free for everyone, so it is little suspicious.

If it's definitely by the same developers then it should be alright, by the sounds of it it's not much of a serious project and its just for a bit of fun.

BTW Taima, do you want me to take the extra o out of the title?

lmao I didn't even notice that...I feel stupid...yeah it would be nice to get rid of that o lol.

Bush, although I have the game (pre-ordered it online when it came out) I played very little of it because it was next to impossible to play with the system specs I have. I'm downloading it now though and I'll start going Battlefield crazy when I get my RAM sometime next week. Do you have any of the other Battlefield games?

I used to consider myself a PC Evangelist, but I don't game anywhere as near as much as I used to now. I always try to fit the odd game in, though. Shame this game isn't on the PC, as I would have given it a try -- oh well!

I have played BF 1942, and I think its probably the best BF games out. I played a bunch of BF2 but then stopped and really haven't played it much since. I will have to check out the free game when I got the time.

There is automatic "titles" that are assigned to people when they hit a certain post count. So there is nothing you can do about that. But you can ask Jason about changing it to what you like.

Please read: http://www.techsupportteam.org/forum...er-titles.html

They are the only user titles that can be given. You cannot choose your own. Sorry.
