RUNDLL error occurs repeatedly

I have removed the RegCure application om my PC recently in the course of ridding the PC of malware files. Now, the rundll error: ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.dll module could not be be found error message just reoccurs unexpectedly. I'd be most gtareful for your help with this as the http://support.paretologic.com/index web site does not help.
Kind regards
Edcondi

Click start/all programmes/Accessories/System Tools/Scheduled Tasks and remove the entry for ParetoLogic.

Try this

Type
msconfig

go to the start up tab and search for any related to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.dll

paretologic program

uncheck that and it should go away
fingers crossed that is

Removed ParetoLogic re RUNDLL error

I removed the two entries for ParetoLogic as instructed. This may have changed setting for the Radialpoint Security Services on my PC. I got over this by repairing the services using the Diagnostic Utility. However, the System Configuration Utility did not show any paretologic program under the start up tab .
Kind regards

Download Autoruns for Windows and search for the related entry and then delete it.
  • Create a new folder on your hard drive called AutoRuns (C:\AutoRuns) and extract (unzip) the file there. (click HERE if your not sure how to do this.)
  • Open the folder and double-click on autoruns.exe to launch it.
  • If using Windows Vista, Right-click autoruns.exe and Run As Administrator
  • Please be patient as it scans and populates the entries.
  • When done scanning, it will say Ready at the bottom.
  • Scroll through the list and look for a startup entry related to the file(s) in the error message. UUS.dll
  • Right click on the entry and choose delete
  • Reboot your computer and see if the startup error returns.

autoruns.exe

The download gives these error messages when trying to launch it:
1) Autoruns.exe is not a valid Win 32 application
or
2) With winzip - 'Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.'

I've twice re-downloaded Autoruns for Windows, each time having deleted the prvious download, which did not work.
Kindly help if possible.
Kind regards
Edcondi

Install 7-Zip (free)

Right click on autoruns and choose extract here.

I still use Winzip 8.1 and it does fine. Here's a download site.
If you get an invalid file archive, try another source. It happens.
Good luck.
