This is a 5.0MP digital camera that comes with Lexmark x3470 printer.
My friend and I are having hard time to find the driver that is compatible with Windows 98.
Oh and please don't say anything about upgrade, because her father wouldn't allow that
sorry it was 2518148, not 251848

It may be that no such drivers exist. If the driver isn`t on the installation disk, then I suspect this may be the case.
Maybe contact Lexmark and ask them, they should be able to tell you for sure.

Check here http://www.orbyxelectronics.com/drivers.asp , I did not see the driver but there is a link to ask support.

I find companies like that I usually keep sending the email and eventually I get about four responses in a day a couple of months afterwards.
