I hope this is the correct way to respond, Jason 
I use PhotoFiltre for many of my photographs.
It's quick to open and I can resize and slap on a pretty frame in no time. 
I have a few other fun imaging programs, but will post them later, based on your response to this post.   |

Never really used it. But hey its free!
Blender is one great 3D program! Its what I used to make the TST logo for my background and also my avatar.
