To avoid this problem, open Windows Explorer and look under the Tools menu.
From Tools menu, pick Folder Options and then View tab. Once there, activate the option “Don’t cache/buffer thumbnails”.
This should let you delete them

If you open Explorer, tools, folder options and view, you will find in the list what BM was talking about. |

Setting the view button to something like details instead of thumbnails can do the job too.

Well i used a photo sorter program
OMG big mistake
Its put all my photos into folders and some i cant delete

Big mistake indeed.
You absolutely cannot beat storing data of any type manually.
Its akin to tidying up your house. You put things where you know where to find them (hopefully). If someone else tidies your house up you have no idea where things are.
