If you walk about with empty pockets that would be considered just as suspicious as having an unmentionable thing that goes bang in your pocket. These people are paranoid without competence.

Last summer when I were in Turkey, when we came to the airport and were heading back to Finland, there were 2 security checks. First one I had to empty my pockets, take of my shoes, belt and t-shirt (nothing new, done so before). I had my right pocket full of chewing gum, what I bought at the airport in Finland week before. In the second security control there was a really nice looking woman, I didn't need to strip this time but empty my pockets, and she asked if it was chewing gum I had there, I just said yes and she took almost half of it... She were on dire need I suppose..., a moment later I looked back and she was chewing my chewing gum
Damn Biatch
(they were not expensive or so, but I just wondered that she only takes... I could have given her some if she had asked)

Note for next time - don't take gum to Turkey - they'll steal it!

BBC NEWS | Technology | Security by stupidity

Quote:
Airport security guards who mistook a bottle of perfume for a chemical weapon have become one of the winners of a competition to find the world's most stupid security measure

Quote:
Other winners included security staff who forced a woman to drink the breast milk she was planning to feed her baby and the Australian government for spending millions to warn against phantom terror threats.

And have you noticed that in countries like turkey the security staff is cute little women (often sexy too)

"Heey mister terrorist, please don't go to the plane with the bomb with you"

No offence to the ladies, but I think to do those jobs you need more muscle ( and less brain)

Security vs Stupidity......AGAIN!!!
An unwitting passenger arriving at Japan's Narita airport has received 142g of
cannabis after a customs test went awry, officials say.

A customs officer hid a package of the banned substance in a side pocket of a
randomly chosen suitcase in order to test airport security.

Sniffer dogs failed to detect the cannabis and the officer could not remember which
bag he had put it in.

Anyone finding the package has been asked to contact customs officials.

"Hey Dude!!! Look what I have."

No offence to the ladies, but I think to do those jobs you need more muscle ( and less.............brain??)
I was expecting a different ending to that sentence...cleavage came to mind.
