Just because women like to go out and have fun does that mean they are not protected fully by the law 
If you have a drink or two does that mean its taken less seriously
Seems to me that the law is saying well " she asked for it "

Being drunk is NO excuse whatsoever in my eyes. People may argue that they have no control when drunk. Well you have control over whether you drink or not!

I don't know how someone could do that to a woman. Even if the girl was telling him to come on to her, it still doesn't give you a right. You would just tell her go to sleep.
However, we also have women in this country that use the "rape" claim if they're not getting their own way like spoiled little brats. So it's not all one-sided...
