This kinda thing makes me sick! Broken Britain at its worst | The Sun |News|Sun Justice Note: Do not watch if violence is likely to offend.
What will they get for that? A PS3 to play on, served three meals a day, have access to a gym ect. Disgraceful! The British justice system needs soughting out -- and fast!
And the girl who searched his pockets? I'd kill her!

God this angers me so much! Every time we open the newspaper we're bombarded with it. You have to think twice before even going out these days! Scum like that deserve to rot! And what angers me even more is that our hard earned taxes go on keeping scum like that alive and on the streets, and giving them a safe haven rather than a proper prison sentence!
It isn't just the justice system that needs sorting out, it's the government!
I agree Jason, I'd kill her too!

Lost for words. Little wonder so many Brits are leaving for more civilised, family orientated foreign shores.

Totally disgusting.
The brutality of that attack is just sickening.
I would have thought that far from being charged for GBH, they should have been charged with attempted murder, for they must have known that the man could easily have been killed.
Wake up Britain, it`s time to smell the coffee and put your house in order.

What a shame. I don't now how someone could kick another person almost to death. Complete psychos. Its not just Britain that has these things happen, its everywhere. I don't know how you could have such a disregard for life.

IMO, nothing beats (no pun intended) a good spanking to get things in order.

We all know what is needed, and all our kids don't do this sort of thing: so why does it happen? Lack of leadership by government and worse, the various churches including islam.
I'd go to Canada tomorrow if the management would!

Living in a country with 300+ million people, and right next to the most dangerous city in the country (Killadelphia) you sort of get used to crap like that. It still bothers me though, and I say kill all those douche bags. Of course countries such as England, US, etc. won't do things like that because it would be "wrong/inhumane/unjust" as if randomly beating some guy half to death isn't anything.
The thing about kids these days is, even if you try to whack 'em one (like some teachers have tried to do in Philly) is that they're a lot more spiteful than that. Back in the day, teacher whacks you, you'll shut your mouth and do what you're told, else you get another one. These days, teacher whacks you, you take a chair to their head. For people to control kids and stuff now, you'll need a lot more than a spanking. Like a stun gun to the jewels or a cinder block....
And just think, it's gonna be all down hill from here... |

Two weeks ago a voluntary curfew for youngsters began in the Cornish town of Redruth. BBC reporter Alex Bushill went on patrol with the police to see whether Operation Goodnight had been a success.
Other forces across England are monitoring progress in Redruth
It's nearly 9pm and the streets are eerily quiet.
Where once there were gaggles of children grouped on street corners there is now simply calm.
The town is Redruth, the estate is Close Hill.
For the last two weeks children here have been subjected to a social experiment.

good idea

| And just where would one go to avoid all punks and thugs?
I really doubt there is a Utopia here on Blue Earth that has no inhabitants there
with complete disregard for a fellow human being. It's rampant and getting worse.
Killadelphia is mentioned but most cities, big and small, have their problem citizens.
One can get shot, stabbed or beaten in New Orleans just walking down the
wrong street at the wrong time. List any country that is heaven in a bottle. |

Maybe if we had those here the thugs might think twice about going out after dark

Canada. No question and preferably British Columbia and to narrow it down even further to Victoria on Vancouver Island - if if you want more you'll find me in the Sticky Wicket, Douglas Street, Victoria, BC and drinking the local beer.

Personally, I think he deserves all he gets. Due to his utter stupidity a young child is dead and she won`t be coming back ever.
The judge summed it up quite rightly in my opinion. "crass stupidity"
This was an accident that should never have happened in the first place and clearly shows the idiot was neglectful while in charge of a youngster. As a result of his negligence the child is dead.
Bottom line is this. If you kill someone by means of stupidity and negligence, then you are responsible and should be held accountable.
