I really doubt there is a Utopia here on Blue Earth that has no inhabitants there
with complete disregard for a fellow human being.
There's a place in the Us called Utopia, saw it on TV. Looked like a lovely place This chap walked down the street and everyone he asked gave him a hi 5 hehe.

I hate the state of this country and thing in the world in general, although you have to think that it's like the old MS Bashing sport, you moan about their software but use it anyway, likewise we moan about our countries but live there anyway. Only thing is it's easier to change OS than it is emigrate.

Jase said earlier on in this thread about people coming out of prison as qualified bricklayers, I have an old friend (it's unbelievable how much he changed after he passed his driving test, I actually don't know him any more after 17 years of friendship) that genuinely thought that going to prison would be a good idea because he would get trained in something else and come out and get a job, because his friends had done it. He had an apprenticeship and messed that up, he had another job at Honda and messed that up, since January 2006 his life has gone belly up and I hate to see it.

Anywho, reminiscing over (unfortunately not the good kind ), the sooner Mr Brown gets out of that office the better. Although then again all of the political parties are as bad as each other imo, but as far as I know the rest of them don't think that high taxes are a good thing for the public.

See it on the sci-fi channel?
Seriously, I can find no town, city or province in the whole world
named "Utopia". Not saying there isn't but Google and I can't find it.
Besides, who would want to be known as the only place on Earth with
a "system of political or social perfection."
HELP!!!
Now I have been to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.

It is real, honest

Maybe I got the name wrong then, but a while ago this guy was making his own country so went all over the world to look at other countries, and he went to this place in the US and it was like a perfect town. Can't really describe it much more than that I can't remember what the program was called but if you look up Danny Wallace on Wikipedia then it might say.

Found something close:
How to Start Your Own Country (BBC television series)
Wallace mentions some 'Utopian' communities and imaginary 'Principality of New Utopia'.

Don't misunderstand me - I don't like perverts either. I was having a go at (spit) PC World for their behaviour.

Betcha his comeback works simply because any PR is good PR!

THE mum of a girl traumatised by a horrific sex assault at the age of three hit out last night after she won just £9,000 damages.
Police bungled the case and a judge handed out a soft sentence. She said the award from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority is the final insult.

'Voodoo-cursed' woman is jailed

Quote:
A woman who produced human fingers in court in a bid to explain her involvement in a £925,000 tax credit fraud has been jailed for five years.

Jurors heard Fakorede used combinations of her names to create 20 phantom families with children - often disabled twins - to make 39 false tax credit claims.

Inland Revenue being defrauded to the tune of nearly £1m.
