I picked up on a news bot thread American Military Could Owe Royalties for Music Used as Torture Device
What do you think of Torture.?
Should the Military be allowed to do it?
Isn't it in breach of Human Rights ?
Is torture ever justified ?? Be it music or Waterboarding
I would be interested in your views...

Ok I kind of found that funny. Quote: |
The Barney Theme Song is one of the tracks on the supposed torture play list
| Anyway, really all we are doing is stooping as low as the terrorists. It really isn't right to torture someone to get info out of them. Even if they are a criminal.
Can't say I have sympathy for the people that get to listen to "barney" 24/7 though.

Yerp - but at least you can get out of the lift at the next level. Or whistle tunelessly to drown out the piped musak.

In the light of recent cases such as this this, I think it is appropriate to use the stick provided no permanent damage is caused to the criminals. I think that such hardened criminals need more stringent measures to get the message.

Ya it is true that having to listen to music 24/7 isn't gonna kill you.
I would tell anybody anything they wanted to know if I had to listen to the barney theme song all the time!
