As a good handful of you know, the 3.3 voltages on my mobo are messed up pretty bad, which prevents me from playing games.
Because of this, I decided to use my dad's computer for a major hardware swap. I swapped my RAM, video card, sound card, ethernet card, PSU, HDD and Processor over to his mobo. I reinstalled Windows XP and are still getting a couple of drivers. The main problem is that when I go to Everest or my System in Control Panel, it says I have only 600mhz for procssor speed, and doesn't even tell me what the processor is. I've spent 13 hours working on this today and so I'd appreciate it if I can get this sorted out quickly. Thanks.
*The mobo I swapped all of my stuff to is a Foxconn K7S741GXMG-6L and I have no manual for it.
* Also forgot - my processor is an AMD Athlon XP-M 2800+ and supposed to be 2.13ghz. I believe the fsb is 133.
* Yet another thing I neglected to add was that I also cleared the CMOS to the post.
Many thanks to Rik for pointing these things out and to anyone who helps.

Manual checkpoint 1.
Checked and matched as your board. Here is your manual. http://www.foxconnchannel.com/suppor...D=en-us0000187
Warning: you must have the adobe reader program installed. Wait a minute, did you just said mobile athlon xp ? Update your BIOS by here. Your possible solution is to update your BIOS Instruction on how to flash BIOS BIOS file BIOS Flash tools
Your windows update should bring down the updated drivers for you.

It could be the processor itself. With the CPU being a mobile processor, it has AMD PowerNow!, which fluctuates the power of the CPU depending on CPU load so it saves power. So if your CPU is running at 100% load it will run at it's normal clocked speed. Theres nothing wrong with your CPU if this is the case as it's normal, but you may be able to disable it in the BIOS if you don't like it

A CD-R or CD-RW should work just fine.
You have to extract some bootable files to the CD, so it can boot into dos.

Here is the few things
You can use any burning program, but you need to force it to be bootable CD, then add the BIOS tools and BIOS file into it.
Boot your foxconn with a cd, it should boot to dos and you can run the bios tool from there.

It is ok, now you need the bootable files to start into dos.
You know where to start?

Try it out
But before you burn it
You need to create the new bootable project
and drag, drop the BIOS tool and BIOS file
Hope this works.

There is only way to make sure.
Go back to your computer
when you start it up
press escape as fast as you could
keep looking at the top-left corner and see what BIOS they are using
It should says AWD or Phenix bios.
can you do that
