Go for a mobo without integrated vga. personally i have only ever seen problems with mobo's of that type.
A friend of mine built 2 systems with asus mobo's, they were identical except 1 had integrated graphics. At a later date he fitted an identical graphics card into the one with integrated graphics and had nothing but trouble with it and it wouldn't run as fast as the one without.

I have a motherboard with built in VGA, and it does tend to cause problems.
I`ve finally got it working, but it was so much trouble in doing so.
So, when I build my computer sometime this year, it`s going to be a motherboard without VGA integrated lol. Quote: |
My CPU is AMD 64 3500+ and my RAM is DDR II SDRAM.
| Jaymie, are these the components you will be using? What are the other components, any specific graphics card? How much ram do you have?

I looked at the first mobo on the list. Abit are good mobo's for sure but get one without integrated gfx.
Steer clear of asus unless you are patient as they seem to take a while to get drivers that actually work properly sorted out (i know, i have one).
Asus can also be a nightmare with ram too.
All said and done, they are nice quick mobo's tho.

Will you be using a graphics card? If not, then you`re going to want onboard graphics.
Please be more specific.

Is your case standard ATX or Micro ATX? This one doesn`t look too bad.

Then you need to make sure the mobo you get supports your 533mhz ddr2 ram.
Look them up on www.crucial.co.uk to make sure.

The one Jase said about is good - it has PCI-e x16, supports your CPU and your RAM.
On a slight side note, if your mobo would let you raise the FSB to 266MHZ (DDR), you can get near enough 3GHZ (2926MHz) out of your CPU on your current multiplier I don't know how many mobos let you do this, but mine has an option for you to change the FSB between 100 and 133MHz SDR.
Edit: The one that Jase linked you to is the new version of the first one in your last post as it has an nForce 560 chipset as opposed to 550.

I`d say the one I linked you is the best out of the list.

I missed Jase's link, it looks to be a very good mobo.
Good choice.
