Lol. Well I will try to make it more understandable for you
"The main difference between the 7750+ and the 6400+ is the 3MB cache in total including L3 cache which the previous X2's do not have."
Cache is extremely quick, low latency memory embedded into the CPU. It usually runs at the same clock speed of the CPU. If there is more cache, the CPU can process instructions quicker as more instructions will be stored in the cache, so it won't have to check the main memory which will consume more time. The main reason for this is because cache is quicker than your RAM. There are other factors but I don't want to confuse you even more
There are usually two levels of cache in CPU's. Level 1 cache and Level 2 cache. If the instructions needed are not in L1 cache the CPU will jump straight to L2 cache. If they are not in L2 cache the CPU will jump to the RAM.
So the more cache the better overall performance. The new 7750+ has more cache than it's predecessors, and also has Level 3 cache which I think is shared between both cores, which speeds up the performance even more.
"There will probably be some added features such as SSE4 instruction set which will improve media performance."
CPU's hold instruction sets which are little bits of microcode. They allow the CPU to execute operations.
SSE4 is an instruction set specific to multimedia operations such as HD, DVD playback and so on...
Although CPU's with previous instruction sets such as SSE3 can operate multimedia and graphics, CPU's with the SSE4 instruction set have increased speed on multimedia and graphics applications.

Actually yeah that's pretty damn true too. I think the only place I've been where they actually know what they're talking about is Best Buy. Nearly everywhere else is a joke

Where I work we actually all know what we are talking about. Well except for the one lady, computer wise anyway.
So when will you hopefully be getting all this awesome stuff Taima?
