Got a new computer!

Ok well not new but new to me.
A guy at my work had a computer that blew its power supply. So I just bought it off him for $40. Its probably 4ish years old. I tried out the sata hard drive and it worked along with the wireless card that was in it. So I don't think when the PSU blew it took anything with it! I will put up the specs of the thing when the new PSU arrives. Also with some pics. Its gonna replace my crappy dell that my sister is using. At least now she will be able to play Americas Army on max settings. lol
Oh what I know about it is, its got a single core AMD in it. Has a Asus 1600PRO graphics card. 160GB sata hard drive. 1GB of memory, don't know what brand but do know its PC3200. So not a bad deal for 40 bucks, then another 50 for a PSU.

Yup much cheaper than the way I was gonna rebuild the dell. That was gonna cost me 150 bucks. So I got off 60 bucks cheaper!

I do to. But with the signs of the hard drive working and the wireless card that makes me think everything else does to. But only one way to find out. And my PSU comes on monday. I wish it would get here today.

If you find it does not work you could probably sell the bits you have for more than 40 bucks!

True, but I will most likely keep most of them. haha. I can use the hard drive most definitely, actually I could use both the hard drives. And I am using the wireless card. And... lol, I can use the case...
Did I miss anything?

Have you got any idea as to why the PSU packed up? Sometimes knowing the reason can give you more information as to what my be salvageable.

Um actually I do. I think it blew because it had way to much stuff for that size psu. It was only a 480W and only had one 12V rail, which it probably had low amps (couldn't find what the amps was on the psu, so I am just assuming). He added to many things and the it just couldn't handle it all. But we shall see. The guy I bought it from did say the fan on the graphics card was acting funny, but he noticed it had a bunch of dust so blew it out and was fine after that. Then the psu blew not long after. I won't be using that card though, I got a 7600GT that I am gonna use.
