I would say yes they are mate.
If you do have any problems, which I don`t think you will, a bios update will probably sort it out.

Yes just as Jason and Howard suggested. If you do have problems a BIOS update as Howard suggested should solve it. I will advise you not to use the ASUS Update utility as it is a pile of rubbish, especially version 7.x. I have had many problems with it which caused me to spend about 15 hours trying to put it right. Do it through your BIOS via the EZ Flash tool
