Welp I got it built and up and running. This thing runs good for under $600. Thanks for everybody's input!

No problem mate, glad you're pleased with it
They always run well when the hard drive's practically empty and it's all new hehe
What were the specs in the end?

The only thing I got different was the Biostar motherboard. Oh and I got a 250GB HDD to. But everything else is the same as my first post. Not a bad computer at all.
Ya your right they run a whole lot better when the hard drive is empty. It will be a while till I see it next, so I will see how it runs then. Most likely it will be full of dust, all sorts of junk on the hard drive. lol the people that I built it for are not computer people. Hopefully I can drive it into them that they need to keep this thing clean of dust. lol
*edit* oh ya I got a different case also.

Ah yes defrag. By the time I see them next it will probably need to be done so I will do it for 'em.
And I may be moving in with them next year for college so I can keep all their computers going for them. lol
And ya I will definitely tell them to get some compressed air to blow the sucker out every once in a while. This computer is not like there cheesy dell that they had. lol
