Exclamation Windows XP System Clock Setting

My PC was not in use for some weeks. Now when I log in the system clock is stuck in the past (Nov 09) and the correct time is not displayed. I have reset it several times but it reverts back to Nov 09 everytime I log in. Can anyone help to resolve this. Thanks

Reset the clock in your bios, if that doesn't help, then replace the CMOS battery, which is located on the motherboard.
