I am completely overusing the internet in the
i shall call it - psycho-cyber-world.
I'm embarrassed and shocked to see how much of my time
I waste this way.The problem is in my head and I know this.

Seek help - good idea but other than you good people on the net I am alone. Aah. Self diagnosis loop forming here...
Read a book - good idea.
Take a walk - get real, this is England and I am supposed to be watching cricket and it is raining.
Sunset watching only works in the evening at we have 10:20 hrs as we speak.
Good positive thinking though - thanks!

Signs and symptoms of internet addiction include a general disregard for health and appearance, sleep deprivation due to spending so much time online, and decreased physical activity and social interaction with others.
If you have these symptoms I suggest you Unplug the computer, Box it up and Store it away. That should help at least as a temporary solution. Good luck!

How can you say that not being on the computer equals no meaning of life?  This is a serious topic and you both seem to take it so lightheartedly. If you would have to watch a box which your computer is in then you have some serious issues. 
Let's try an experiment. See which one of us can stay off of all computer help forums for 3 days. Bet I have you all beat. A buck goes to me from each of you that can't hold out that long.
