Wink Help at hand for chocaholics

Quote:
It is the chocoholic's dream - a sweet treat that gives all the joy of chocolate without any of the calories.

Scientists have created an inhaler packed with tiny particles of chocolate.

A whiff or two gives all the pleasure of chocolate without any of the guilt, or so its designers from the respected Harvard University believe.

I look at it from a different aspect.

Chocolate is one of my favourites. I would never label myself as a chocoholic because that implies a problem (as in alcoholic) even though it may be said in jest.

Rather, I would consider myself a connoiseur of chocolate and enjoy every bite I take, savouring the melting, creamy flavour as it lapped my tongue and flowed down my throat.

There are absolutely no undesirable caloric effects on the body when one eats chocolate in such a manner.
Enjoy!!!

Not at all Donna - but a great sense of humour.
Actually my comments are on the serious side (strangely). The way we (as a society) describe certain things is in terms of it being a 'problem' to us in some way. Therefore 'alcoholic', 'chocoholic', etc... often trying to make it appear to be in jest. Therefore I have posed a different approach. I always look for the more favourable aspect of things in my experiential path and thus remove any 'negative' implication (such as weight gain etc...) by restating and accepting an alternate 'world view', thus literally creating a different life experience. Therefore, instead of a chocoholic, I consider myself to be a 'conoiseur' of chocolates and as a result chocolate 'treats' have no undesired effects on my body. There are many subtle effects that lead to a different reality because of the very attitude taken towards any idea or concept that confronts us.
Hope I did not give you a headache Donna...

Cheers -
