Okay, I have to ask. Where is everyone getting those smilie faces, like for instance... the smilie face that is purple with a thumbs up? That goes for the others as well. Where? I'm left out... lol jk

Just curious though!

I have more smilies uploaded to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket than you can shake a stick at

The purple one with the thumbs up was a built in one but got replaced with Personally I'd like to have both because the purple one is for the win, but keep forgetting to say about it

I have a few smilies on Imageshack as well, but don't use them often.

Hi CJ

you can just Google "smilies" and it will throw up several smiley sites or go to Photobucket and search for whatever you're looking for which you can then save and use in forums or add to email

I get mine from here there and everywhere.
I visit other forums and if I like a smilie there, will save it to my computer. (right- click > save as and store it in my pictures folder)
One of my favourite smilie sites is Millan.net. Many gifs and smilies at Millan are free to use, but I have a subscription for extra speshul ones.

LOL

If you see a smilie or picture that you like anywhere on the Internets, you don't have to save it to your computer; you can just right click > properties, shown here (I right-clicked BM's cool smilie):

and then copy the address (underlined in red) and paste it within this tag:

[img] > insert address here< [ /img] < leaving out the space before the ending "/"

You can see what the image address is for every one posted in these forums, if you go to reply to a post with a smilie or picture in it, in the editing (advanced, I think), you'll see the image tags.

Thanks. I didn't know if that would allow me to use it as a linked image for posts though Jason. I will definitely have to play with that.

Just back from wrassling gators - all happy bunnies.
I heard from the ins co about the car - apparently because it was a fire it is insured and all I have to pay is my excess! Hope this all comes together as otherwise the bill for the wiring could be over a grand!

And that is just the wiring! If the fire and short circuit damaged any of the engine management chips they vary from £300 to £600 each...if that's the case they will write it off - that's when the fun starts!

Not new, but different! Can't afford a new heap at the moment as I am saving for a jolly to Canada and Oz next spring and need to treasure the pennies! And I really don't want to part with this heap as it is in really good nick. Or was, anyway!
