Mine do too, but only once i've mounted them using the method Alan has posted.

When I turn the machine off they disappear and I have to re-mount them.

It could possibly have something to do with the PRAM, because that can have an affect on network settings. The time and date always reset every time I turn the computer back on so I know the PRAM battery is dead. I have purchased a new PRAM battery and I will get back to you on that one as soon as it arrives

Anyway that's not really a problem now I know I can use the computer name instead of just the IP (thanks to Alan ).

It's really bugging me how 007 Nightfire doesn't work, but it's not in the Leopard games compatability list, so I guess theres nothing I can do

I thought there would have been a compatibility mode within OSX similar to that in Windows, but no such thing exists
