[SOLVED] How to Move Linux from Wubi Partition in Vista to Separate bootable Partitio

Someone might know how to do this. I currently have Kubuntu in a wubi installation - ie. it is in a folder in Vista and is bootable by selection on startup.
What I would like to do is, if possible, without removing the current installation, to move Linux out of this wubi configuration into its own partition on my hard disk.
Can this be done simply enough? If I have to go another way would it be necessary to re-install Vista after partitioning the disk?
Can someone either direct me to the necessary links or fill me in on what I must do?
Thank you.
