I installed Sabayon yesterday, yes it does do most things automatically, but for a Linux novice, Entropy would be the last straw.
After downloading version 3.5 ( the latest one)(4.2 Gb download) it showed 586 updates, so I started Spritz and it said before updating to get a newer version of Entropy.
There were no directions in the Wiki or on the forum how or where to get this update, but with or without the update you were still looking at 3-4 hours to download the updates.
For the latest version of a distro this is definitely not on.
It is a shame that what is essentially one of the best distros on the market is let down by its package manager.
